Project technical evaluation
With a broad understanding of issues related to the effective delivery of mine action, we have been involved in a number of evaluations of mine action programmes. We are able to analyse and present the results clearly to assist in gaining a better understanding of the situation. Our knowledge of mine action programmes is second to none. Training services
We have been involved in specialist management training in mine action designed to provide a high quality education for managers in less developed countries. These managers have since become the core of the United Nations programme managers, and continued to develop both themselves and their programmes, often without external support. We have also delivered a number of training programmes at the operational level focussing on risk management and operational planning.

Strategic planning and risk modelling
Strategic planning is key for the development of an efficient programme. Having run strategic planning workshops for the UN Mine Action Programme in Afghanistan, the UN Office for Project Services and a number of other national programmes, we provide the experience needed for delivering focussed project deliverables.
We have also become increasingly focussed on strategic risk modelling and developed a country based risk model and a community focussed model in Lao PDR to improve targeting of resources and better allocation of funds in mined countries.
